French Mecafor opens car part factory in Kikinda – EUR 4 million invested, jobs for 80 workers

The French company Mecafor opened a factory for the production of metal car components in Kikinda today, in which it has invested EUR 4 million and where 80 people will be employed.
The opening was attended by Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and the ambassador of France to Serbia, Christine Moro.
The construction of the factory began this April on the plot of land with an area of 48,000 m2 in the industrial zone, which the French company had paid RSD 30 million for.
Mecafor is among the three top metal car part manufacturers in Europe and employs around 120,000 workers in the world.
