Renter sought for Hotel Stara Planina

Friday, 15. Nov 2019.

The public enterprise for the development of mountain tourism Stara Planina from Knjazevac has opened a public invitation for closed written bids for the renting of Hotel Stara Planina, the ownership rights over which are held by the PE.

Not far from Knjazevac is Stara Planina, the largest mountain in eastern Serbia. Stara Planina is a natural site of extraordinary importance and has great potential for the development of tourism. The Babin Zub peak at an altitude of 1,758 meters is one of the most beautiful locations on Stara Planina.
Hotel Stara Planina, a part of the tourist resort Jabucko Ravniste, is a 4-star hotel.

It has two underground levels and four floors plus a gallery. The accommodation capacity is very respectable and strong from the functional and the market aspect. It has 146 modern and comfortable accommodation units. The hotel is equipped with comfortable furniture, pleasant lighting and modern features.

Only 20 meters from the hotel is the ski track and the first gondola in the Republic of Serbia, connecting the hotel with the Babin Zub peak and the start of the Konjarnik ski track.
